Just The Facts:
Each year, electrical dangers in the workplace cause hundreds of deaths and thousands of injuries. NFPA 70E: Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace® — the Standard originally developed at OSHA’s request — is the key to saving lives, reducing liability, and avoiding loss due to electrical incidents. Our clear, authoritative training and instruction classes teach you how to apply the NEW 2021 edition of NFPA 70E to assess electrical risks and reduce employee exposure to potentially deadly hazards.

Our dynamic courses are led by NFPA 70B Technical Committee principal and ANSI/NETA member, Kiley Taylor of Megawatt Training. Using activities, exercises, videos, and real life experiences, Kiley will teach you and your team how to set up and follow an electrical safety program, as well as how to document safety procedures for compliance with OSHA 1910 Subpart S and OSHA 1926 Subpart K. So whether you’re an employer responsible for personnel safety or an employee tasked with identifying and addressing electrical hazards, NFPA 70E training and compliance is vital to you and the continuity of your business.
Train your employees – Train your customers
OSHA considers any workers who will work on or near exposed energized parts to be “exposed workers.”  Those individuals need specific training to make them “qualified” and be able to recognize the hazards and reduce the risks. The OSHA regulations in 29 CFR 1910.332 require electrical safety training for any employees who “may reasonably be expected to face risk of injury due to electric shock or other electrical hazards".
