Sean is a highly sought-after industry thought leader and mentor within the Electrical, Mechanical, Service, and Construction arena. Sean has addressed audiences worldwide on Sales, Service, and Maintenance, and Strategic Planning and has personally trained, scaled, and consulted over 300 contracting organizations in 16 countries.

Joey Samson

As Vice President of Operations, Joey leads the strategic, day to day, execution of all training programs and conferences, while driving the enhancement and development of EMAPlus and proprietary learning materials and marketing initiatives. He ensures every training offering and client touch point meets the highest of standards and consistently exceeds expectations. Joey’s unwavering commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction makes him an indispensable leader within the SST organization.

Joey earned his Bachelor's degree from Columbus College of Art & Design.

Public Relations & Training Coordinator

Nick Samson

With a strong history in defining brand strategy and relationship management, Nick brings with him a roadmap for success. As PR coordinator for SST, Nick continues to develop and implement various public relations activities and campaigns, including the distribution of press releases, newsletters and social media posts; organizing and attending events, conferences, and interviews; building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, journalists and influencers expanding SST's global reach.

Nick is a graduate of The Ohio State University, with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Minor in Business.

Marketing/Graphic Designer

Casey Goicoechea

Casey brings creativity and innovation to every project, shaping the way SST connects with audiences. With a passion for design and a sharp eye for detail, she helps define our visual identity and elevate our brand presence.

Her ability to merge artistry with strategy ensures our messaging remains both compelling and consistent.

Casey’s background in animation and graphics gives her the tools to transform ideas into visuals that inspire, engage, and leave a lasting impression.

Casey earned her Bachelor's degree from Columbus College of Art & Design.

Head Technical Trainer

Kiley Taylor

Sean Samson Training collaborates exclusively with industry experts, and Kiley Taylor exemplifies that standard as our Head Technical Trainer. As President of Megawatt Training & Consulting, Kiley brings exceptional depth of expertise and real‑world experience to our network. He currently serves on the NFPA 70B Technical Committee and holds leadership roles as Secretary for both the Energy Facility Contractors Group (EFCOG) and the Electrical Safety Task Group (ESTG), contributing to the development of electrical safety training, best practices, and technical guidance for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). In addition, Kiley has served as a Subject Matter Expert for NICET and is an active Ballot Pool member for NETA ATS, reinforcing his standing as a trusted authority in electrical safety and standards.
